(Me) I wrote her aiming a magic beam at first, but that's Nikushimi's magic; I caught myself though.

(Me) 16 to dodge. Just going to slide this tiny cup of water over here to see if he lands in it.

(Lucitius) The beam hit and Lucitius momentarily lost control of his flying. He spun for a bit, then caught himself. No easy task! He floated horizontally, glaring. He breathlessly pointed a finger at Shinsei, a spear of lightning shooting forth.

(Me) 13 to hit. Again!

(Me) 13 to dodge. lol

(Shinsei) She just barely dodged the lightning spear. Growling with rage, she pounced for him; her claws unsheathed and overflowing with magic.

(Me) 14 to hit.

Deimos: For one who put aside their emotions, anger and annoyance seem to be your strong suits

Vokun: Curls his lips back, showing his fangs
Emotions are for the weak

Deimos: Shakes head, clicking his tongue
A pity you have no sympathy for those dying…guess that's why your adoptive father, Quietus, is sent to gather the lesser souls, for he will at least treat them right

Vokun: A deep, guttural growl seems to emit from him, tail lashing
Us reaper dragons only have one purpose; to hunt the souls that try to escape judgement

Deimos: Aye, yet you forget the occasional clash you have with your holier counterparts now and then no?

(Me) Woah. 20 to dodge.

(Lucitius) He folded his wings, diving easily out of Shinsei’s path. He spreads his wings again, lazily gliding toward Shinsei. He hummed in thought a moment, then flicked his fingers, a bolt of white fire zooming toward Shinsei.

(Me) 16 to hit. I guess it’s my turn for high rolls. ‘Confused shrug’
More plotting below! Something’s going to happen.

(Me) 9 to dodge. Oh no.

(Shinsei) As she tumbled to the ground, the white fire hit Shinsei dead on. She shrieked in pain, the burning sensation taking over.

(Me) So, Shinsei is in pain and guess who's mad. You guessed it, her girlfriend.

(Nikushimi) She growled in rage, aiming a large, emotion boosted, ice laced blast straight at his chest

(Me) Only 7 to hit. Oof.

Deimos: seems to sigh again, pushing himself off the wall
Just create a damn portal so we both can go home…I want to crawl in a hole somewhere and sleep

Vokun: remains with his fangs bared, muttering something in an unknown tongue. Turns, making a few gestures, instantly a black hole seeming to open nearby

Deimos: Gives a grunt, approaching, then disappearing through the hole, Vokun soon following, the dark portal closing behind, seeming to swallow them both

(Me) 15 to dodge. This is just fascinating.

(Lucitius) He cackled at Shinsei’s pain, rolling away from the incoming blast. He paused before Nikushimi, his eyes stern.
“I have no quarrel with you, and mine duel be finished with your companion.”

(Me) Ah, no more from Deimos? Darn it. I liked Deimos, and Vokun’viing was fascinating. Though, it did get a bit out of hand between Lucitius and Shinsei.

Well, darn. @RiverTheSeawing does have a point. I need to go to bed too. That was cool though.
A final last minute entry though, despite its late appearance.

(Lucitius) “To prove mine words, I shall oblige.”
He points a finger at Shinsei, a bolt of cold water splashing over her. He then falls into unconsciousness from pain and exhaustion, crashing to the ground and making a crater where he landed. His massive wings cover him, completely obscuring everything except his back.

(Me) What is affected by Shinsei’s bolts? Is there some possible genetic mutation, cell death, nothing at all? What? I’m curious, there is so much one can do with cytokinesis and corpaekinesis.

(Me) While imagining Shinsei and her powers, just imagine a fandom writing an au. I made her powers like this because I want her to go from fandom to fandom making people panic.

Deimos: I was tired, and the squabble of children was growing boring to me
Had seemed to return to his place, leaning against the wall. Pauses, reaching a hand upwards, feeling the blindfold covering his eyes, then lowers his hand again
Plus, I knew Vokun was going to ride my ass till I coughed up some souls to prove to him I didn't devour any pure souls in this world
Unlike his god who actually trusts me, that particular reaper dragon does not, nor does his counterparts, the Holy Dragons. If anything, I know the holy beasts would rather strike me down as soon as they see me

(Me) I’m honestly not too familiar with alot of fandoms, except Forgotten Realms from DnD, and I’m actually not sure what an au is. So yeah. I get the gist, but that’s about it.
In regard to Lucitius, unless you want to touch him, he’s going to be unconscious for a few hours. I can add another character if needed, but I’m not sure who would be a good choice.

Me: never pay attention too much to fandoms

Deimos: Well, that's good news for us more civil folk if he stays unconscious. Means less strain and worry about a brat

Me: Don't think Lucitius made a good impression with Deimos…

Deimos: Gives a soft snort
I try to keep an open mind…I really do…but even my patience can be tested

(Me) Oh. Ok, let me run down the basics. AU stands for Alternate Universe. There are plenty of different types of AUs; the one Shinsei's powers would be close to are species swap AUs. This power is why she calls herself a god, as it's a very strong and useful power.

(Iolite) While the others are heated up, I'll take over this side of things.

(Me) Yes, you will. Also, if you want a detailed explanation of how the powers of Shinsei, Nikushimi and Chōwa work, just ask. I'm all too willing to explain in full detail.

(Me) That clarifies alot. But, just to ask again for my brain that’s working way too slow for my liking right now, does anything notable happen to Lucitius? Or is just, possibly very bad, wounds with no specific details?
And I’m getting ideas for a second character. Still debating.

Me: Entirely up to you if you wish to bring in other charries you own

Deimos: Long as they aren't self-centered children, I could care less
Pauses again, ears twitching slightly up, then laying back down

(Me) Well, I suggest that he'd be weaker where he got hit but, since he didn't get hit that hard, there wouldn't be any notable things at first. Over time though, it might show effects.

Also, I might as well specify some things while I'm talking about it. Not all the magic used by Chōwa or Nikushimi is the species change magic. Shinsei is the only one who just uses it. So, the magic beams that hit hard at first aren't laced with the species change magic. Also, the fire magic in Chōwa does come from Shinsei, but she doesn't know how to use it on her own.

(Me) Cool. Though, his wing did get hit pretty good, but either way.
Anyway, I think I’m going to bring in a second character while Lucitius is out. Phalakros is a drāckonian half-breed, typically called a strangeling. He has brown scales and slightly tanner skin, no horns, but he has some very subtle avian features, the most prominent being the feathers in his dark hair. Very timid, and actually Lucitius’ liaison for most races.
Fun fact- Phalakros’ full name is Phalakros Corax, which is based on the Great Cormorant, aka Phalacrocorax Carbo

(Phalakros) He looks around in confusion, then notices Lucitius as he’s speaking. “Greetings. I… by the skies! I arrived too late.”

Deimos: Turns head, both ears perking up again
Nah, you arrived just in time. The child least won't be whining making the rest of us miserable

(Phalakros) He turns, staring at Deimos like a scared rabbit. “I… try to avert these battles. Sometimes I never arrive in time. I… what are you, if I may?”

(Me) He’s a twitch, and he has also been possessed in the past, the creature started to genetically mutate him before it was expelled. So yeah, he’s really a twitch.

Deimos: Though gaze remains hidden behind the blindfold, a movement as if raising an eyebrow. One ear lays back, the other seeming to point upwards
Rather jumpy, aren't you?
You have nothing to fear from me, less you threaten me and I am forced to defend myself
Both ears point backwards again
I am not one to reveal what I am, for reasons kept by gods and goddesses of my world

(Phalakros) He nods shakily, looking at Lucitius again. He sighs, plopping on the ground with indecision on his face.
“When he wakes, he will lash out at anyone nearby. It’s a reflex, but one that has caused trouble.”
He avoids looking at Deimos while speaking.

Deimos: A sympathetic look crosses his features, observing the other
So, instead will become his personal punchingbag if he he does lash out then?
Shakes his head slightly
Granted, I'm only assuming that
His hidden gaze returns looking towards Phalakros. Lowers his voice to a softer, more gentle tone
You seem to have been through quite a bit, this is just me observing…I may have a blindfold covering my eyes, but that is simply a safety precaution when I am out amongst others
