Again, basically Earth

This universe has the same major historical events as Earth in addition to some new ones.

June 1567- The first person with 'unnatural abilities' was found and imprisoned in London, England. The woman was found guilty of witchcraft and burned at the stake.

March 1569- Solitite, a new mineral, is discovered in mines located all over the world.

December 1569- Dr. matthius Doreat develops a solution using Solitite. People call it 'witch's plight' due to its ability to neutralize 'unnatural abilities'.

October 1570- Over 50 people with abilietes were put to death, striking fear into the community. The monarchy had caught on and declaired that those with 'unnatural abilities' should be imprisoned or neutralized using the Solitite solution that Dr. Matthius Doreat developed.

January 1602- The first worldwide treaty is signed; countries agreed that those with 'unnatural abilities' were unsafe and promised that any identifiable person with unnatural abilites would be immediatly imprisoned and/or neutralized. This sent most of the super-abled community into hiding, where they remain.

There are two catagories of people: Super-abled and Neutrals.

Furthermore, there are multiple categories of Super-abled people:
Natural-gifted (those having to do with the natural world and the elements such as fire and animal communication)
Mentally-gifted (those having to do with tricks of the mind, such as telepathy and pain inducement)
Enhanced (those having to do with enhanced physical or mental skills such as super-speed and photographic deduction)
Windows (those having to do with seeing into the past, or future; shared vision and precognation)
Magically-gifted (those having to do with illusions, spells, or anything not able to be explained by the previous catagories; mediumship and shapeshifting)
