Overall it's like some weird drama thing, I'm not too good with genres, but the specific individual stories can differ wildly though almost all have a hint of romance due to the situation the characters are in. Y'know, soulmates and stuff.

So this story leans heavily on a weird type of multiverse thing, so originally each separate story was its own, but now each story is connect through being what the two main characters are going through in a kind of more linear form.

So originally Sienno and Yusia Adon are in a post magic world, though after they put all of their effort into trying to stop being immortal, instead of breaking the immortality, they break the universe and end up going though many different universes with the same "cast" of characters of people they know in the original universe.

Each "different universe" is less an actual universe, and more the magic trying to find a way to recover and create the universe again. So there is no multiverse, it is just one really messed up universe that relies heavily on a magic that is going out of control!
