" damn if your gonna act like my dad at least let me call you daddy" he remarked before sitting out of the first race, waiting on the coach to clear him for swimming
" damn if your gonna act like my dad at least let me call you daddy" he remarked before sitting out of the first race, waiting on the coach to clear him for swimming
Maximus laughed as he followed, "never say that again."
He made his way after Alastor, sitting on the metal small set of bleachers off to the side.
Alastor sighed, watching the jock swim around " he's going to hurt himself swimming like that"
Maximus nodded.
"Yeah," he said wistfully. "But I wouldn't mind."
"wow, remind me not to get on you bad side" he said and laughed with an almost scared tone. " Are you always so damn scary?"
Maximus shrugged.
"I don't know," he said, quizzically "I guess so, people always tell me I have that 'I hate everything in sight' look."
“No, I meant you said that so coldly you have me worried that you might have killed him if you could.” he said and gave a soft smile
"Oh," Maximus said and shrugged. "I mean, I could kill him myself and lots of people here think I'm capable but I'm not one for getting my hands dirty."
Alastor sighed and wrapped his arm around the other “you shouldn't talk like that, “
He looked at Maximus with a worried look “in honesty, I don't want you to do that, I mean I just met you and I'm more attached then usual”
"Like I said," Maximus said, shrugging away from Alastors arm. "I'm not for getting my hands dirty."
He then pulled out his phone and started scrolling through it.
“Max. I'm serious, I've lost too many people to that shit. “ he said, the worry still in his voice. “Trust me when I say I've learned from experience.. It's not something to joke about..”
"What are you talking about?" Maximus asked. "Are you assuming I'm talking about murder? That is what this conversation is about, right?"
“N.. No, I thought you meant suicide.. I mean, that's what I picked up on the way you worded it. But that just might be my stupidity again” he said, his cheeks flushed heavily with embarrassment
(omg I just reread that and I'm a ding ding. I thought it said id kill myself not id kill him myself)
(I know, I just thought I'd be a laugh between the two of them, so I just didn't say anything–)
"I said 'I'd kill him, myself.," Maximus clarified. "You know, in case you were wondering."
He smiled at Alastor. "No biggie."
Alastor laughed softly, his bright smile back on his face. Until the jock thought it'd be funny to have his friends sneak up and grab Alastor.
I mean, it wasn't hard to do so. He was light in weight anyway. In only a minute or so Alastor was launched into the pool. The burning of his wounds choked the air out of his lungs, causing him to rush to the surface of the water
Maximus shot up, his face turning from a light pink to a maroon color in a few seconds.
"Hey!" He said, his anger spilling over. "What the hell is your problem."
“None of your business!” the jock shot off.
Alastor eventually got out of the water “you were perfectly right max,” he said weakly
"You're a dick!" He yelled, his voice echoing lightly in the pool house.
"Don't you have some guy to towel wip in the locker room, asshole?"
“ well that guy is right next to the pool, so I thought that was better, “ he said with a smirk
(who said that? Alastor or the jock?)
(the jock)
"Can't you just not?" Maximus asked. "I mean, is it that hard for your dull brain to comprehend that you shouldn't do that to people? I mean it's basic manners."
The jock grabbed Maximus by the collar of his shirt “ I'm going to show you dull-minded” he got out before Alastor swung and made contact with his face “ I suggest you drop him”
