The story of a persistent arts major with way too much time on their hands chasing after a tired business major who is frankly sick of their shit but won't get rid of them because they find them too entertaining.
~~
Hey hey, it's your favorite bored as all hell OG who should probably be paying attention to her chemistry class but can't because this idea won't leave her alone.
I can be pretty inconsistent at times so apologies in advance for that but I promise I will respond within 24 hours. I don't really have many rules or limitations just be at least a little active and try to keep the story going.
Other than that, I'm chill with pretty much everything else! (And if anyone wants to test that, I gladly encourage you to try) Let's try to make this a fun story!
(I've never RP-d before?? But dang that's an adorable idea)
Gasp New to the role-playing scene?! Now I have to take you on! As someone who has never stepped foot outside the role-playing forums, I feel it is my civic duty to introduce you via this story!
Sorry, was that too dramatic? I'm a theater kid, it's second nature.
Unless you were just commenting, in which case sorry if I seemed like I was coming on a bit strongly, I'm just excited
No, you're good! I am tentatively excited myself XD
I've done a LOT of writing, but I've never roleplayed. I'm usually to busy for that, but then quarantine happened so ¯_(ツ)_/¯
You should totally try it then! It's really not as scary as it seems, believe me. You actually make a lot of good friends during role-play. It's more like co-writing. A constantly developing story where you bounce ideas off each other and just have fun!
Would you prefer to be the overly-enthused art student or the tired business major? Because I'm not going to lie, I would be equally comfortable with either
(You may have slightly called out all two sides of my personality XD)
(Be prepared, I do that a lot)
I feel like the tired business major most of the time so I'll go with them, thank you very much
Oh perfect!
Just a heads up, feel free to be as mean as you like to my character at the start. they are going to annoy the HECK out of yours.
(… I'm Not sure what we're supposed to do now???? XD)
(Don't worry, I've done this plenty of times, I can handle this. If you have an questions, don't hesitate to ask!)
Ooo, don't threaten me with a good time!
So, I'll go find a character template, give me like 5 minutes
Oh, okay cool! And thank youuu 😅

Name: Kyran Rowe
Age: 19
Sexuality: Bi as the day is long
Major: Entrepreneurship
Minor/s(optional): Music technology
Appearance: Ice cold blue eyes that stare into your soul. His hair isn't actually black although it certainly looks like it, it's actually an extremely dark red that he keeps swept back. His skin is usually pretty pale though it turns a golden brown when he tans. He has a very sharp jawline and sharp cheekbones. He's not completely buff but he is definitely muscled and it makes the girls go wild for him even if they find him a bit, well, intimidating.
Personality: Kyran is very cold and intimidating. Brilliant, yes. But he has a pretty scary aura. He can be strict and a bit harsh at times, not to mention blunt and honest. He rarely shows emotion and people doubt that he ever smiles. A complete and utter tsundere. Break through his cold exterior and you'll find a normal college kid who's forgotten how to smile. He can be sweet and gentle, you just have to swim through the sea of spikes to get to it.
Background(optional): I want this to be a surprise so you'll find out as we go along.
Other: He actually speaks three languages, English, French, and Italian. He also knows how to play the violin.
Hehe, this boi is a prince in a different universe so I hope this all makes sense! My descriptions aren't the best but I try 😅

Yikes! Don't burn your house down, I don't mind waiting
I managed not to with great difficulty
I did accidentally break my Quesadilla while I was flipping it tho >.<
Nooooo, not the quesadilla!
Name: Tua Kate Palmer
Age: 20
Major: Classical Studies (or, according to her family, Everything You Can't Get a Job In)
Minor/s(optional): Traditional Art (or, according to her family, Everything Else You Can't Get a Job In)
Sexuality: Frequently and loudly identifies as Kyran-sexual
Appearance: tall. Think 5'10-5'11ish. Also fairly athletic- she played several sports in High school and still takes some martial arts, and it shows. short brunette hair she usually keeps in a pixie cut (and often attempts to cut/dye it herself). Really tan- she's outside more often than not- and has a few moles across her face. Hazel eyes and really dark eyebrows. She also looks completely different when she's smiling than when she's not (although she's rarely not.) She has kind of a boxy smile and her eyes scrunch up whenever she uses it.
Personality: Hippie wild child with a dash of California 'surfer bro.' Generally has a large group of friends wherever she goes, and tends to keep life interesting by striving for total unpredictability. Tends to be bluntly honest, but in a way people don't understand so it's generally dismissed as a joke. Loves nature and art and her classics. Is rarely quiet and will speak her mind.
Background(optional): Tua comes from a rich family. She has two older brothers, one is a lawyer and the other is on track to be a doctor. Her mother owns her own extremely successful business. The dad is out of the picture. Tua's the youngest (and slightly spoiled). Her family makes fun of her often, but are reluctantly supportive.
Other: Owns a dog. I'm assuming they live on campus, so her landlord/RA doesn't know she owns a dog, but she does. She also believes that Hawaiian shirts are the peak of fashion. They aren't.
That took me a hot second, sorry!
(Also, I low-key hijacked her from a short story I did a while ago XD)
Ooo, I really like her! It's been a hot minute since I wrote BxG (BxB is more my specialty) so it may take me a while to get back into the swing of things but I'll get there!
Now, I think it's safe to assume you want me to start this?
Alright, I've got this!
Life could not get any worse. First there was the power blink this morning that make his alarm clock freak out and not go off, making him late for his 9 AM class, then there was the quiz he completely forgot about and was about 75% sure he failed, and now he had to go to his music tech class which meant he'd probably come across her. Kyran was having one of the worst days of his entire college career and it was only 11 AM.
He sighed and tossed his hair out of his face as he power marched towards his next class. People parted the hallways for him, whispering and flinching as he passed like they were scared he was going to hit them. I mean, standing at 6 feet tall, Kyran could be pretty damn scary when he was frustrated. Which he was.
Life could not get any better. Tua's skin was clear, she had gotten to sleep in, and a cat had crossed her path and held eye contact with her for ten seconds when she stopped to chat with a friend in the hallway.
Point was, she was thriving. Tua hummed a song her roommate had played repeatedly last night and waved at another of her friends in the hallway. Okay, so she was technically late to music tech, but time was an illusion anyways, who cares? That Professor was pretty chill, it was probably fine.
Besides, Music Tech was one of the only classes she shared with the absolute love of her life, the Whole Angel Kyran Rowe. Tua grinned to herself and picked up the pace a little, fianlly making it into the classsroom and dropping her bag by her usual seat.
Kyran was already sitting in his usual spot, groaning internally when he saw Tua walk through the classroom door. He took a deep breath, anything to convince himself that his world wasn't completely imploding, and slipped on his headphones to work on the project the professor assigned. Tua was…interesting, to say the least. She annoyed the living hell out of him, yes, but her persistence made her at least a little entertaining. So he dealt with her rather than snapping at her as much as he would any other student.
